Our returns period for online and store purchases is 30 days from the purchase date. We request that you return any damaged or unsatisfactory items to us in their original packaging. The cost of returning unwanted items or exchanging an item is at your own expense, and as we do not offer a collection service currently. We recommend using a tracked postal option when returning items to us as until we receive the items, they remain your responsibility. Customers should return their order to the address below.
