Our returns period for online and store purchases is 30 days from the purchase date. We request that you return any damaged or unsatisfactory items to us in their original packaging. The cost of returning unwanted items or exchanging an item is at your own expense, and as we don not offer a collection service currently. We recommended using a tracked postal option when retiring items to us as until we receive the items, they remain your responsibility. Customers should return their order to the address below:

The estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days for Ireland and Northern Ireland. The cost of shipping is approximately €6.95 for Ireland and £7.95 for Northern Ireland.
